Return & Refund Policy

2. Return Process

  2. Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide a return authorization and instructions on how to send the item back.
  3. Shipping: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not liable for items lost in transit.
  4. Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to confirm that it meets our return criteria.
  5. Once the product return is received, we will send you the replacement of the same product based on availability. If eligible for a replacement, it will be dispatched within 7 to 10 days.

3. Refunds

  • Refund Approval: If your return is approved, we will credit a refund to your original payment method within 7 of receiving the returned item. Any shipping charges incurred on the returned product will be the responsibility of the customer.
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds may be granted (e.g., if an item is returned in less-than-perfect condition).
  • Shipping Fees: Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of faulty or incorrect items.
  • Refund Notification: You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

4. Exchanges

  • Shipping: You will be responsible for return shipping of the original item, as well as any shipping fees for the replacement item.

5. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at kurtazone506@gmail.com with your order number and a description or photo of the issue. We will provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.

6. Cancellations
